Regular Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Feel free to inquire about appointments at other times. We have voice mail on the Church telephone and monitor those messages on days when the office is closed.

Caroline Anderson brings a cheery attitude and an optimistic outlook to work each day. Previously employed by BB&T, she also has a wealth of customer service and organizational experience. She edits and mails our newsletter, prints and assembles Sunday Bulletins, answers phones, and still finds time to be a comforting presence on the phone in an emergency. As time permits, she also assists MCA staff on the "Church side" of the campus.

Pastor Tim Monn, is shown above right enjoying a cookout at a DC United soccer game. Tim has been Pastor at Midland since just before Thanksgiving 2004. In addition to routine pastoral work, Tim (an avid folksinger) traveled twice per month with Doug Leonard and Ken Kniceley (members of our church) and Bobby Smith (a church neighbor) to entertain at the Culpeper Senior Citizen Center and the Rappahannock Senior Center. Ken's death in 2015 and Doug's in 2016 have temporarily halted those visits. Tim's wife, Jane, is a Registered Nurse and is currently on medical leave from Culpeper Regional Hospital where she was employed from 2014-2016 after nearly ten years at Mary Washington Hospital before that. Before moving to Midland, Tim & Jane resided in Cumberland, Maryland for 14 years, where Tim was pastor of the Living Stone Church of the Brethren and served as part of the chaplaincy staff at the Western Maryland Health System. Tim & Jane have three grown children.
